How does the custom order process work?
Fill in the order form and I'll get back to you within 5 days. We'll have a quick chat to make sure I understand your vision, then I'll send over a quote. Once you're happy and the deposit is paid, I'll get to work.
What fabrics do you use?
All pieces are made in stretch materials — my go-tos are polar fleece and sweatshirt fabric. These are warm, comfortable, and hold their shape beautifully. If you have a specific fabric in mind, mention it in your order form and I'll let you know if it's something I can work with.
How long will my order take?
Large projects like jackets, dresses, jumpers and trousers have a minimum 2 week turnaround. Smaller items like hats and accessories are often quicker. I'll always confirm your timeline before we begin.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because every piece is made to order and to your measurements, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless there's a fault on my end. If something isn't right, always get in touch and we'll sort it out.
